Rubber is advised for road cars and Spherical for Serious Track / Race Cars due to their design, spherical do give extra vibration over their rubber counterparts, this is because there is no movement in the bearing itself. This is ofcourse stiffer which is suited to Track and Race cars looking to maximise grip.
