NTR R1 SYSTEM
The Nitron NTR R1 system offers unrivalled performance and outstanding value with adjustment control that provides the driver with an easy to use, wide range of very effective damping settings.
With combined 2-way damping adjustment, the NTR R1 is developed from and shares many components with the full race NTR R3 system and also offers exceptional performance, reliability and value for both road and track use. Widely praised by professional drivers around the globe and well respected for out-performing considerably more expensive suspension options.
Installation is simple as NTR R1 system kits provide uncompromising quality, reliability and performance without the need for a remote canister. Individually hand built with fade ultra-low friction components, the NTR R1 shocks offer consistent, fade-resistant performance and are made to last on the road and track.

Engineered, designed and manufactured in the United Kingdom, Nitron’s international headquarters are located right in the heart of England’s well known ‘Motorsport Valley’, in Oxfordshire.
Designed & Built in the UK
Since 1998, Nitron have been at the very forefront of motorsport suspension technology. The Oxfordshire-based company, founded by CEO Guy Evans, has gone from strength to strength, producing race winning shocks for customers all over the globe. There are now over 250 Nitron dealers throughout Europe, Asia, the US, Australasia and Africa.
In line with the company’s expansion programme, in 2008 Nitron moved to a new facility in the UK’s ‘Motorsport Valley’. This allowed a substantial increase in production and a continuation of Nitron’s ability to push the limits of suspension technology using the very latest 3D CAD techniques, state-of-the-art Dynomometers, 5-Axis CNC machines.
Nitron shocks are machined from aluminium billet and entirely hand built in the UK. Each fully-serviceable shock is assembled to your specific spring and damping requirements by our highly skilled team. Aesthetics have always played a vital part of our design process to ensure that the shocks look and feel as good as anything else available anywhere in the world.
Nitron benefits from an engineering team with an accumulated experience covering machining, materials technology, hydraulics, motorcycle engineering and F1 racing. Some are even experienced as competitive drivers and riders themselves. The ability to draw upon such a wealth of knowledge provides Nitron with a unique ability that very few other companies in the suspension industry can compete against.
